Products bought at full price are eligible for a price adjustment if they are added to the Choose What You Pay collection within 5 days of your purchase. This adjustment will be provided as a store credit refund for the price difference. Refunds are given only as store credit and cannot be applied to past orders. Your store credit will not expire and automatically deducts from your next purchase at checkout.

Pick-up-Point Locator

We provide some products for purchase before they are in stock. When you preorder these items, we will dispatch them 1–2 working days after they arrive at our Dubai warehouse.

You can confirm if you are buying a preorder item on the product page and again at checkout. After your order is placed, you can re-verify the estimated restock date on the product page, and we will be sure to send a shipping confirmation email once the item departs our Dubai warehouse.

Door-to-door shipping service

For orders shipping from Dubai to Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, and nations within the European Union (except Switzerland), we provide standard delivery for a single rate of AED 55 per purchase and expedited delivery for a single rate of AED 275 per purchase.

Purchases exceeding AED 950 (not including duties, taxes, and shipping) will get complimentary standard shipping.

International Parcel Delivery

Shipping from Dubai to all other international destinations, we provide expedited delivery for a single rate of AED 95 per purchase. Purchases exceeding AED 1,850 (not including duties, taxes, and shipping fees) will get complimentary standard shipping.
